Inauguration Of Somaliland President

Ahmed Mohammed Silanyo has been sworn in as President of Somaliland following successful democratic elections in the autonomous region. Former President Dahir Rayale Kahin peacefully handed over the reins of power to the new president at an inauguration ceremony held in Hargeysa.
