is this the skatepark thats in upperRainham Road, by the petrol station? could always see the kids skating or scootering as i went by on the bus! very 1980's!

scooters have come a long way.

those things just made it dangerous for skaters, crashing into someone on of those things in a bowl or on a ramp was moody

@g101s to true mate, i skated there 17 years ago, all the origianl lines great, then i went there last year and i couldnt skate the same lines man...

I had this clip myself for at least ten years. I have a Pacer scooter which I got for Christmas 1988 and still own. My kids like to use it now and again. I used to do allsorts of street with it as it was more agile than a BMX and you really didn't get hurt as much. I deffinately tried stuff on the scooter that I wouldn't try on a bike.
I loved the fashion at the time aswell: VSW, Life's a Beach, Anarchic Adjustment, etc.
