  • Nice Video

  • its just a twisting piston with a bench

  • EXPLOSION!

  • @IommiVai people like me who lack knowledge and respect? you really dont know my background tbh that doesnt even matter u dont even know me! the fact is u say u set the bar high for ureself then why comment sayin " that shit is easy" just contradicting ureself, thats why i didnt ask and i didnt need to assume coz u sumed it up in 4 words! im very passionate about what i do and iff you cant take that then just fuk off!

  • @laurin1510 so as a personal trainer i dont know what im talkin bwt after 6 years of training with kettlebells makes me confused rite? k couple of examples: box jumps and sweeps designed to increase footwork and movement for boxers football players etc.. med ball sprawls to increase strength and speed to generate power for ground fighters cage fighters etc.. i know what ure saying is anyone can do them and ure rite, but they are designed for sports specifically fact!

  • @kingshlong101 i said it was easy, i never said i don't incorporate various vigorous exercises in my workout. I set the bar very high for myself. People like you who lack knowledge and respect are a disgrace to this earth. Next time ask what someone means don't just assume because that makes you discriminative and ignorant.

  • @kingshlong101

well, what you're saying isn't corect! plyometrics are working your nervous system so it uses more of your muscle available. Further they aren't designed for a specific sport! plyometrics ( in combination with weight training) increase your overall athletic ability most likely jumping and running. I'm not the one that's confused right here!

    greets

  • @IommiVai that shit is easy? people like you dont have a clue about training and plyrometrics.. well maybe iff you think about it, its easy because your making it easy for yourself and not setting your self higher goals and time limits dickhead.. try for 3-5mins no break then have 30 seconds rest and repeat for 3-4 sets iff your so tough kid..

  • @laurin1510 think your a little bit confused mate.. do you actually know what plyrometrics are and what it is used for? plyrometrics are power explosive based movements which are used to train for a specific sports or a purpose everything that you train during your plyrometrics workout should be involving specific movements for your sport in question.
