[PT 1] Yanaaboo's Loc Journey: A New Beginning

Kandgoods requested for me to do a video about my hair. Funny thing is I just recently started growing it out natural with yarn braids (my transistion period). My yarn braids look so much like real hair people are really surprised when I tell them its yarn or when they see the ends of my hair looks like shoelaces (burned at the ends). I decided to do yarn braids because I wanted to make sure I looked neat and professional in my job interviews since I will be a graduate at the end of December. So although it looks like I have a full head of dreads...its not all dreads...it's yarn! My hair is being locked up in the transition process by knotting it up with a hair pin (kind of like latch hooking). Enjoy the vid!

yea that's what I read as a permanent loc. I'm not taking my Locs out. But I actually switched to the palm roll technique after I took the yarn braids out
