Could you please help me?
I have an old pc and I want to re-install it. So I downloaded a Windows XP service pack 2 iso-file. After that I mounted the image-file using Deamon Tools. So I restarted my pc and I got the same menu as you got. I pressed enter and it said that I have the wrong cd, or the cd is damaged. So i can't install it. I also can't start my pc in normal or in safe mode either.
So if you know how to fix this problem it would be great!

@darthnater22 First, turn on your computer and see if you get "safe mode" option? If so, select it and start deleting unneeded stuff on your drive - it sounds like Windows has less than 20% of free space on your primary drive, and it often freaks out as a result. Just offloading a few movies and music files to a usb drive might do the trick! For good measure, throw in a defrag and you'll likely get rid of this problem.

Jeffa101 - Follow the same steps in the video, but instead of hitting "R" in step 3, just hit enter. This will wipe everything off your hard drive by reformatting it; XP will then reinstall itself. Note- make a backup of anything you want to save - email, office docs, etc - because everything will be deleted doing it this way.
