There is a lot of chatter at the beginning of this because I'm demonstrating this specifically for working a moebius loop. But the invisible cast-on is so easy a provisional cast-on that it's my "go to" when I need a provisional edge, or even if I'm just swatching and want a fast cast-on.
Anyone paying attention will realize that it's the same as the start of the tubular cast-on I demonstrate, and it's also the lighter circular cast-on, but with scrap yarn rather than worked over the tail.
I know there are other ways of casting on for a moebius loop. This is just the way I do it.
