The back ground story is that the chat kept hounding him NON freaking stop bout it, so he decided to say this.lol

First i would take the cup and bash it across his head so it broke then with a sharp end smash it into his forehead - then go "sorry do you use mac?" "Yeah" then king hit him in the head with my Fist and go "Yeah" then grab his head and make his lips move manually with my hand to make him say "yeah Macs sucks " then force him to smile and blink twice like a ventriloquist dummy .

YBF there is more than likely a program you can download to do this on a PC. If not, the only reason for that is that it is probably one of the most useless wastes of resources ever made. There is very little point to it, and the armies of people creating free software for the PC have just got better things to do.
