where does it say that they are all professionals? if i'm not mistaken i'm pretty sure anyone can join ITG and perform. not entirely sure though

well, try not to slam them down too badly. although there are mistakes here and there, try to remember that professionals are still human. Humans make mistakes. Even though some of the mistakes might be a little too overwhelming.

Altenburg concerto is an extremely Disconnected Piece it would be extremly hard to preform the peice without a conductor

this video is very disappointing seeing this came from the ITG. It needs work..sad to say. There were just too many mistakes for professional musicians. Good tone! but...wrong notes? tuning ussues? together issues? cmon, hopefully this is the first time they have played together and hopefully they're sight reading. because if they are then i would give it to them. but if this has been rehearsed then...God help em.

annoyingly out of tune, it shows that trumpet really is hard to play.
I play it too as my hobby.

Why is there a conductor?
I know orchestras with 50 musicans and the haven´t a conductor an it sounds good
