A few exercises for those individuals with some shoulder dysfunction from rotator cuff, ac joint pain, a labral injury, or just overall tightness and stiffness. Also, beneficial for some who play overhead sports like tennis, baseball, softball, and even golf. Perform these daily or add them to your current routine as a warmup.

  • @hiddenOmen Not sure where you are coming from with that. These exercises are to increase stability/ mobility at the shoulder girdle and shoulder joint. Whether the individual has a diagnosis or not, the exercises will be helpful. If the exercises work and the shoulder is more stable, there will be no doctors visit.

  • @myfitnessforfunction You probably wouldn't want to be telling people to go do corrective + strengthening ex for potentially undiagnosed problems.

I'm not having a go at you, its just that on the net its very easy for people to self-diagnose and sometimes they do need a health professional's intervention to make sure they're not going to do more harm instead of good.

  • @dietrying666 If there is popping with pain, that could be a problem. Possibly a tear of some sort, rotator or labrum. Or even some grinding like bone spurs. Sounds like you have alot of instability. I would strengthen the rotators and continue to work on your scapular stabilizers. Lower traps, serratus anterior and the rhomboids. Just type in those names and you should be able to find a bunch of exercises. And stretch the pecs, upper traps, and lats. Hopefully, this helps.

  • my shoulders pop alot..is that bad? and is there anything i can do? plz and ty
