The movie is a typical romantic comedy. Yes, Pava really plays himself as an opera singer, but from what Ive read, the critics (all probably jealous men) simply could not accept that a robust figured man could attract a lovely lady. Ive got news for them, that hot-blooded Italian opera singer COULD!!!

Is it my imagination or does this film seem like a replica of how his real life actually turned out. He left his wife of 30 years for another woman. Dang, one must be careful of the movies one plays in, even if it was back in 1982.
