@didy444: bingo. Invariably I hear video presenters say "always" stroke toward the heart, but see that they stroke in a variety of directions. I think it would be more informative to either specify that 'toward the heart' refers to work with legs and arms OR omit the word "always" which suggests that all of the strokes, on all of the body, should be in the direction of the heart.
@didy444 "Towards the heart" is more in reference to starting with the extremities then working in. I've actually read that brushing in circular movements is good.

This is interesting. When my son was four years old, a holistic practitioner suggested I dry brush my son before he went to school to help him have a calm demeanor. Not sure it worked but it felt good. Not sure about cellulite.
