He doesn't recommend many supplements actually. However, I will say that I have noticed the most benefit from adding Leucine to the Carb Load. Definitely helps.

Over the past 3 months or so I have dropped 10lbs. That's despite the fact that I have done zero cardio, and had ice cream and pizza. Had I cleaned it up a bit, and actually tried to drop weight it would have been more. In the meantime my strength has increased. It really isn't a diet...its the best way to eat, and can be maintained indefinitely.

Question that i can't find anywhere. If i train around 11am or 12pm what would I do post workout? Just protein shake & Creatine? I wouldn't be training the next day but I'm wondering if i should have higher glycemic foods after 6pm that night.
