5) The many soap bars are there because it is trying to say he uses the soap as lubricants to do what all the guys do, during shower.
6) "Spa appointment at Club Street with my Sisters" - Ultimate loophole. The "sisters" here refers to his "feminine gay friends" and the spa he was referring to in club street is a gay spa.
Hence in conclusion, this particular video is trying to say that he is a "gay", that is why he didn't carry his own field pack and asked Leticia to carry for him.
