Maybe "They" aren't out to destroy us. They've probably had their hands on the info for ever, including the awareness of Nibiru, Mayan Calendar 2012, etc., and have been preparing for survival. You can't save everybody, nor would you necessarily want to. Look around...there are some pretty unenlightened animals walking around on two feet these days. Too bad for the cool ones that will be left behind with the rest.
