DS retail games are region free, so yes. Only the DSi download shop is restricted.

I had to look around for a while, looking for the KORG - DS game for the DS. It was well worth all the time I spent.
The amount of instruments, drums and effect in this "Game" is almost UNLIMITED. You can also save up to 20 Slots that you can pre-compose and save it. Thereby adding more to your composition, at the push of a button.
I mean, the instruction book is 50 pages.
Love Music? Always wanted to write you own music? This is a DEFINITE game for you. Worth the search and the price.
