  • My favorite WW2 tank is Tiger Tank ^^

  • At 5:52 there is a Nazi officer riding through the field in a captured BREn gun carrier with what appears to be a white US star on the left side, to the rear!

  • @jaekib Yes indeed!

  • And this ol' boy is pretty knowledgable, bur really... the gun did not 'mainly bounce off' German armor. It mainly advanced in support of infantry, and did it very well indeed. As the tank commander said, "Bypass and haul azz."

    Cheers.

  • @Valkmir You're right. Many US crews lost their lives in Shermans. And many in Panzers, Tigers, T-22s, as well as on the battlefield, and in the rear areas from artillery. Any tank crew was at terrible risk, since any time they showed up they had everyone's attention. It's worth noting that most German tank crews did not survive as witnessed by the fact that few of their tanks survived the war. The one thing that is true is that the US leadership waited months too long to up-gun to the 76mm

  • IDC what the drawbacks of the Sherman were I still think it was one of the best tanks of W.W.2

  • Yeh but thousands of tankcrews lost their lives in em :(
