The way i see this is that inuyasha and kagome are finally telling each other how they feel about each other. Inuyasha is basically telling her tht Kikyo broke his heart and kagome makes him feel happy and loved, and kagome is telling him that she loves him and tht she is happy tht she got pulled into the well and met him!
