No wonder this got no where fast. The people on Capitol Hill break their sworn oath to the Constitution now on a almost daily basis, so they would have been afraid to touch this with 10 foot pole. Their sworn oath should be "I will make a killing whenever I have the chance and I will take or make money both foreign and domestic through laws we make or anyway possible, greed is good".

Arrogance is not associated with a neutral examination of a being. I say you are silly because you are silly.
And as to 'silly' indicating homosexual, I believe, yet again, you have been misinformed.
Some definitions of silly to help further your understanding:
Silly- cockamamie, ludicrous, foolish, airheaded, pathetic, inspiring scornful pity
Boy- one who demonstrates a lack of a man's experiences through one's actions/beliefs.
No mention of homosexuality I can find.....
