WCB ICBC Insurance Fraud and Racketeering 'independent examiner'

With alarming impunity the province's 'independent examiners' bully injured Canadian workers, auto accident patient - claimants and disabled veterans out of their diagnosis, treatment and compensation.

Here in "Beautiful British Columbia", CANADA, the Insurance Corporation Of British Columbia (ICBC), "Worksafe BC", the medical and legal systems and all of their alleged 'systems of checks and balances' are run by the province - a most blatant, parasitic and destructive conflict of interest...

Subsequently, it is extremely unlikely most patient - claimants with significant injuries and insurance interests will get an affirmative neurological and/or orthopaedic diagnosis anywhere in BC, but this influence (whether it be due to the specialist's fear of repercussion or collusion) isn't restricted to the province.

In an effort prevent Joker from getting his diagnosis, treatment and compensation for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident (mva) in '98, ICBC sent him to see their Vancouver orthopaedic HIRED GUN/MEDICAL PROSTITUTE Dr Joseph Schweigel, who has obviously sold his Oath and soul for a few hundred grand/yr in insurance blood money.

At the time of the accident The Joker (AlAmatol @ rate md's.com - his comment on Schweigel's profile is @ 5/14/07) was running up and down mountains on the North Shore, earned $10K/mo (paying $5K/mo in TAXES!) doing on set special effects on the Vancouver TV series "The Crow; Stairway to Heaven" and had an extremely lucrative, environmentally, industry and public health friendly tattooing system going to market with the industry leader.

Because of the Joker and his youngsters are out millions and still requires surgery for which he continually gets the "run around" on the public system.

As a patient - and after ten and a half years - he's lost confidence and turned to naturopathic and alternative medicine.

As a filmaker, he's in a prime position to show how the BC medical - legal - insurance system destroys carreers, lives and entire families.

36 years ago I had an accident while working in the woods with a chainsaw, cut my foot half off. Grandtotal from compensation was $90.00. At least the buraucrats had job security and a paycheck, maybe a performance bonus the boot. It is high time for some of them to get a boot in the butt. To many parasites will kill the host, includes human parasites.

1 MRI, (3 different radiologist reports;) state; ,

#1; Canadian radiologist at hospital; possible old injury; no reason for pain found;

#2; Report; Medical tourism; old fracture now malunion; surgery indicated;

#3. (received this morning) MRI shows acute injury, micro-fractures,annual tears@multi levels, spinal stenosis,

DUH, no reason for pain is ever found in Canada when there is significant injury and workers comp is involved; send your scan's for 2nd opinion;

This is very well done.and yes in fact they are Scam Artists.I'm a victom of WCB in BC myself and after my injury had happened,They the WCB had changed the dates on my file.And even my doctor had me on all differant kinds of meds and in his report saying in fact I was a wild man with long hair.The case manager was seeing at the time with the assitant manager of of that company and now is married to her and he is now the president of WCB in BC.

sounds like another case about a lying ime that said yep it was in his head and yet another ime stated he was injured and stuck it to the federal workers comp . this guy sounds like the guy we had the 2nd ime ha . really and told him to get a laywer if he wanted help from owcp we actually have it on tape where are the investigator's for frwaud on these claims examiner and wow a doctor had him on 40 pills a day go see are's this was great ,thanks for some more ideas to get on utube . thanks
