You need REALLY good vision to see this!! Lol. Im getting a new camera so don't worry i might re-upload it. HOW TO GET THIS HOUSE!!
Go to Nine Toes House In balmora. Once of the silt strider go right and go to the second row of houses. Go to his house. Either kill him normally or do the mission where you can kill him for free. Your choice. idc. Then take all his s*** and sell it. Put whatever stuff you want in this house so now it can be yours! :D
P.S. Dispose of his body! Eww!

you should use the house near The Blades Master (Shirtless Guy) that house looks better but you need to unlock it and murder the guy in side it (witch you have to do in a side quest anyway so its a shortcut)
