  • So when the prophet (s.a.w) said there will be 72 sects only on of which will be on the right path should we reallly be encouraging diversity?? and affiliate it with being a cult this is very dangerous Nouman ali khan needs to examine his statement and understand the underlying implications

  • @Sawltrini, As long as we stay within the boundaries of the Halaal and Haraam, then there's nothing wrong with diversity. A Muslim can wear anything unless it exposes his 'awrah or the shape of it. As there are some Muslims who have this mentality, "If you aren't wearing a thobe, you're not as "righteous" as us". Only Allaah who guides an individual so it's not our job to label others "deviant" or "misguided", unless he's spreading dangerous ideas, then we need to warn others about him :)

  • He should come to Britain.

  • @hsnkiller, he went to London recently. Check this out...

  • Intelligent speaker masha Allah..

Lets be among the community not among the cult.

  • @Sawltrini the four great scholars were all part of the same "sect" but had minor differences and schools of thought

  • thumbs up if you have a VAIO too :)

  • @orandxb did i say that? .... to answer you no i do not but here is something that you should think about they companions did not differ on issues of aqueedah so if in the case of sects who worship the graves of particular "imams" then this major division in aqeedah definitely takes them out of the fold of islam that being said i will call for unity with a group such as that on minor issues we may differ but on aqeedah there should be no differences imho

  • @Sawltrini Do you think that the companions of the prophet PBUH were clones?? they were so different with different personalities , different opinions, etc etc..

  • What he said applies not only to muslims, but to any group of people with theyr unique view on holy book of any kind, ideology and belief systems of any kind as well. Some mesoamerican cultures used to sacrifice a masses of people, so according to them the "sun god" would have an energy to go trough underworld and rise again. Not to mention nazis and commies, they too were cults, because its not like you can question the idea of nationalism or socialism under those governments.

  • @FinalFantassyyy

if you give me time, i can find these quotes from imam hanifa to prove my point, just because it seems you are offended with what i said,

but ill need some time, i havent read this history in a while

  • @FinalFantassyyy

i think your confusing the imams that come after the 4 imams , who were the ones that changed the madhaabs into what they are right now

from what i rememeber the students of Imam Haneefa, revised his works and also took out a great percentage of it, and called it the hanafi madhaab

I think you should study a little more about the evolution of the madhaabs, alot of of the madhaabs today are pretty different from what the 4 imams intended

  • @FinalFantassyyy

Yea but for instance from what I understand Shafi and Hanbali have the claim that at their time they had balanced information as they learned from the other imams and were their students including student of Haneefa i think

Malik i think, havent researched it yet, but lived in Medina and also followed madinah culture as sunnah, yet claimed that in kuffa there were fabriation around

Also they do leave the window open for new hadiths, including imam haneefa
