That big ole chunck you got on the 1st molar... awesome! For the record... let the professionals do the cleanings. Don't try to do your own cleanings, you'll only hurt yourself.

this is done slow for documentary purposes, Experienced PhDs do it in a wink of an eye under good aneshtetics. I had tar problems, went to a treatment and the doctor gave me a shot, did something for couple of minutes, and later told me he did this horrible procedure. And all the time while in the chair i was wondering what was she doing. If you have problems, get this done, it's really really painless
