This is a tune called "Nivaldo" (later renamed to "Camila" on Mundo Verde Esperança). Just listen to Hermeto's solo with "berrante" (horn made of bull horn)!!!

Personnel: Hermeto Pascoal (berrante), Jovino Santos Neto (keyboards), Carlos Malta (sax), Itiberê Zwarg (bass), Márcio Bahia (drums), Pernambuco (percussions).

  • einfach genial.

  • Interesting tensions! Good sounds from Hermeto!

  • great horn blowing

  • Perhaps "Nivaldo" is named after Nivaldo Ornelas, who was once a member of Grupo in early '80s.

  • Great sax playing. Thanks for posting this.
