Not just the rom they're looking for,they're also looking for SEGA CD USA BIOS and they say the rom doesnt work because this was what to do if the game wasnt working on Kega Fusion,all they had to was make a copy of the rom and make it a .iso file and then they're gonna bitch about the game having no sound well first off they should of put the .iso file and all the MP3 files of the game into one folder and load up the game from the .iso with the MP3's of the game and the game should have sound
