Jimmy Wales (founder of Wikipedia) talks about the role of the free open content encyclopedia (Wikipedia) in relation to human rights and responsibilities, during the Videoconference 'UDHR Towards a Culture of Peace & Knowledge' in commemoration of the 60 Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights with the participation of key figures of Wikipedia, Library of Alexandria, UNESCO, Club of Rome, the European Commission, Fundacion Cultura de Paz. This videoconference that took place at the IPRA Conference 2008, has been organised by M C Patricia Morales, for the UNESCO Chair on Building Sustainable Peace
