He really was so beautiful. This is a wonderful tribute. Like the others I think of him often. I was 16 when he died and cried so much I thought I would never get over it. Thank you for these wonderful memories.

This is a great tribute to Pete, thankyou for posting!! After all these years to see so many people still thinking about Pete Duel...amazing and wonderful. I was 10 when he died, I cried in secret for a long time, being a boy, I could'nt let anyone know how heartbroken I was.........I have thought of him countless times over the years...............

I miss pete every second of every day,I went to visit his grave in 1986,in Penfield NY.I can't believe someone so beautiful heart& soul could lEAVE US LIKE THAT.i PRAY FOR HIS SOUL.EVERYDAY.Someday we will all be together.Keep smiling pete,you will never be FORGOTTEN......Song fits him perfectly...If we only knew,Happy Birthday in Heaven.......

Amazing, after all these years to so many people watching and commenting on these you-tube clips of Pete Duel with such heartfelt comments, his memory is alive and well.
