My daughter had vaccination injury.. I jumped on it as soon as it happend.. She was 3 months old when this occured.. now she is 6. we still haven't received our compensation. she was diagnosed aspergers and is currently disabled. she also has seizures and had 3 of the symptoms on their tables for what they consider an injury... I'm 29 and was crippled by the flu shot at age 24. I just received my dubious ruling from the vaccine court. They refused to look at most of the evidence and simply claimed my doctor was lying and there's no evidence supporting his statements, even though within 5 minutes I found numerous peer reviewed studies backing up my doctor's claims.. the court just wants to look the other way. The "expert" doctor for the court is on Merck's payroll and has disclosed conflicts of interest with Merck.

The sad truth is very few cases are reported, unless it is witnessed by the physician or a child dies within a few days of the shot, and a claim/report is mandatory, but doctors do not want to get involved in these claims, because of time, and practice disruptions. and would rather treat the patient, or refer them to a children's hospital.

Thanks for this info - our daughter was frightened into taking Gardasil back in 2007 - her life has been a nightmare ever since. Even the vaccine injury lawyers don't want to defend her!

HELP My son received an award from the NVIC. However this award refuses to pay any money to the parent or guardian of the victim to care for your child at home!!! There is a case in appeal court trying to overturn this ruling. Please help us turn this travisty around. The parents lives were affected too. My adult son is total care.
