We speak with Oxford professor Avi Shlaim. He served in the Israeli army in the mid-1960s and is widely regarded as one of the worlds leading authorities on the Israeli-Arab conflict.

Please take it easy. I partly agree with you, but dont alienate the few scholars in the west who actually point out the injustices done to the palestinians. Your very uncompromising style will not lead to greater understanding in the west.

And although I completely disagree with Mr Shlaim regarding the Zionist Movement, he seems like a decent person man, and someone who is valuable in the struggle for a FREE Palestine.
