2) band lat pull downs - heavy band
3) bosu overhead burpies - no push ups
4) swiss ball dumbbell flys - 25lbs
5) swiss ball hamstring curls
6) trx tricep presses
7) leapfrog pushups (broad jump into a pushup)
8) trx bicep curls
9) prisoner style jump lunges (30 on each leg!)
10) dumbbell squat curl presses - 25lbs

Dont knock it till ya try it homie. I was just as skeptical as most guys - to use this "stuff" in place and/or in addition to normal strength training. After being a functional training nut for the past 9 years... Im stronger, faster, and healthier than ever before. I do Plenty of heavy lift as well - but I wouldnt be able to go as heavy or stay injury free - if I didnt throw in the functional stuff. Try it out...
