  • While I do have the XTSL and love it, I would be perfectly comfortable using any of these seats. The Boulevard has EPP foam and the flexible wings are designed to absorb crash forces. The Complete Air may not foam in its head wings, but it has its own technology of air pockets.

    I like the Radian and Boulevard best because they can be tethered rear-facing.
