@pudinaningkan It's called Binh Quoi. It's a large park and the buffet is its main attraction. I know for sure that it starts on saturdays after 5pm, but I don't know about other days. You can look for it on maps.google.com: Bình Quới, phường 28, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

It's pronounced "Been Kway?" Make sure you say it like you're asking a question.

its just north of the city a bit to the west

its a really nice park with a buffet are

for about 15$ us and its worth it
