Independent News Blog http://www.ActivistPost.com -- Judge Andrew Napolitano clearly explains the Constitutional problems with the Arizona immigration law. As emotions run high at the lack of Federal action on the border, Napolitano strips out any emotional rhetoric and sticks to the Constitution.

  • fantastic report .. congrats =)

  • It's funny how the illogical angries folks comment without addressing a single point on this video. A postulate has been made by the judge. The postulates are incontrvertable. The Feds are not about to give each state soveigrnty to legislate immigration law. PERIOD. You think they are? Then go ahead & belive 1+1=3 while you are at it. Want to win on this video by commenting? Then say, "Napolitano is wrong about the constitutionality, because ___" Fill in the blank, cuz a blank is all you have.

  • I love his face when he says "police officers do that all the time"... the judge is so badass :D

  • @Doblenelson777

That is what War is for and the Native Americans lost. I am black & native American and though I don't like what Europeans did to both, hey, they lost. The Europeans had guns. The Europeans have Capitalism, Free Markets, and Western Ideals which won over the Tribalism of the Africans and Native Americans.

Understand that the blood of the "White Man" is what brought all the movements that have advanced all societies.

This is not a racial issue...

  • Judge Napolitano is right about the state's right to secede, but here the entire federal government disagrees with him-- and had 150 years of precedent for using deadly force against 13 states and the people that tried it.

So Napolitano is saying that the USA is a dictatorial empire just like the Soviet Union, and therefore the states should secede immediately.

  • why we do not stop to hate Indian after all they are the real native of this land call America From the north of Alaska to south of Argentina stop the reservation of Indian American that the real issue

  • why European came to America because they did not like the law and prejudice of their country did the European carried any type of legal document whens enter America No they did not why Mexican Indian cross the border without Document because this land is their ancestor Land European are the foreigner

  • @alexandertytler Great idea, but in the view of the federal state, it's all the same--revolution, secession, sedition. The best approach in my opinion is to secede officially and couch it in the most diplomatically conceivable terms that the federal government can swallow and digest easily.

  • The States need not secede, they just need to realize that the national government has seceded from them -- it has violated its contract with the States (in this issue at least). Since the national government has defaulted on the contract, the States should declare it void and create a new government.

  • I'm FOR AZ, but I don't know what the heck they're expected to do if the GOVT won't enforce border laws. When Janet Napolitano was gov, she used to send the bill for enforcement costs to Bush. For real...
