I am gay myself, I have never been attacked besides people daying things every now and then. This congress is WAAAYYY out of control, they say I need protection and claim to be bringers of peace and justice yet they strip EVERYBODIES rights by passing bills like this. They bombe the middle east in the name of "anti-terror", but whos the real terrorist in this war? The ones that defend their country or the ones that bomb countries with fake reasons bombing and murdering the innocent?

The idea that Holder and Obama are black means nothing. You might as well consider them dark white jews. They lie like jews, they mislead like jews and they hate freedom of speech like jews. Real black people are more conservative like many whites in the country. Its just the media shapes their image for the sake of creating constant distance between blacks and whites. This way the jew runs our country into the ground and leaves us in dirt unable to re-industrialize due to global warming laws

are they trying to make any crime on anybody appertaining to any group automatically a hate crime? because if it is the case almost every crime committed towards anybody can be viewed as a hate crime. every individual is link to a race,or group of some sort. why is it important to put an accent on whether is it hate or not? doesn't the constitution ban crimes equally?

So true, and this is the way I have felt about "hate crime" ever since I first heard of them.
I will never be a victim of hate crime, because of the way it is defined.
I may accidentally become a perpetrator of hate crime if I step on the wrong minority's foot.

Arabs surprisingly are NOT considered a minority in the federal government's eyes. I just discovered we are considered as Whites. Oh well, no affirmative action for us. Wonder why we aren't listed? BTW my being Arab has repeatedly trumped my being a woman. I don't get any special treatment other than negative treatment.
