@rytuucvufuv48r8e Umm well I've only watched half an episode, so I don't know about storyline, but the actual writing seems better, and it seems a LOT less corny than the original show. Don't get me wrong, the original show was great, but this is NO WAY NEAR as corny. I gotta say: This is a pretty decent show from what I've seen :S

This show is almost as corny as the original! the only good thing about it is the visuals, the storyline is just awful. Instead of revamping an old series, they could have made a brand new one. Well i guess some people will always love thunder cats and with good new anime so hard to find these days, i can see why people would settle.
