What do you think of raw, pasture-raised, organic, beef kidney? I ate that the other night and it tasted like plastic. I have to tell you, however, that I thoroughly rinsed the blood (and other secretions) out in cold, running water. I marinated it in lime juice and then ate it. Have you ever tried raw kidney before. If so, from what animal. What animal would you recommend and would you recommend kidney at all? I guess I should tell you that I eat raw, pasture-raised (organic) beef/dairy often.

I'm very impressed! Today was my first try with beef liver, and I like the texture and don't mind the taste that much. I just have to get over my mental weakness, that's all. Will do it again next week, and the week after, and the week after, ...

@takadi dont worry i feel like eating raw foods and i watch man vs wild just to see what he eats and i help my mom cook meat and she was surprised i wait 2 hrs just to buy meat shes think i was a wolf in my past life :D
