When you say deep condition, do you mean protein or moisturizing?or switch up every week?

@Lois1593 Hey hun. When I say deep condition I mean moisturizing. If it's protein then I'll say protein. I do a moisturizing deep conditioning twice every week. I do a protein treatment once every week but I switch off between an egg protein treatment and the Aphogee 2min Reconstructor. If you want to know exactly what I do, I have a hair regimen video. how often do you do hot oil treatments? Will this help if my hair is breaking badly due to overprocessing?

@Lois1593 I do a hot oil treatment once every month. and yes it will help with your breakage to a degree, but it's more important that you deep condition at least once every week and continue to keep your hair moisturized. if you watch my hair regimen video...that's a good place to start to lead to less breakage. hope that helps :-)
