@aTruster What an idiot you are Sir, sorry but it's true. You don't know much about this case, do you?
erinshunny 3 weeks ago
@aTruster He did not break any laws in his own country and I seriously doubt he got any cash out it. Not only that the extradition thing itself is designed for terrorism, not bloody copyright stuffs. 'There's a saying that maybe you missed while supposedly growing up. "Think before you speak."'
Do your research (or hell, just pay attention) and use your head before spitting up garbage about other people.

hmmm... a crime has to be a crime in BOTH jurisdictions ehh? Well why on earth was it decided O'Dwyer can be extradited when he didn't commit any crime in the UK and, it was agreed he didn't by the Met. and the CPS?
(incidentally they couldn't prosecute him since precedent is already set for that)
This extradition is clearly illegal... In fact when it over O'dwyer has a case for suing the crap out of the UK under article 6 of the European human right legislation.

@aTruster Such an ignorant comment; there is no law in the UK which prohibits linking to pirate websites, only in the US there are laws as such (and if there is a small law that can be described as such, why not stand trial in the UK?). O'Dwyer is a British citizen and adheres to UK law. His website which links to pirate websites can be compared to Google; you search for a torrent/anything pirating-related and you get it, why aren't Google getting the same punishment but on a bigger-scale?
