@ciornianucristian hitting with ur foot is safer but doesnt hurt as more as hitting with ur shin

@lilrazor241 wow ....that's not the way you can test how powerful is your kick ....its easy to compare the neck or the head with the leg ....if you broke his neck ...that doesn't mean you are powerful ...try to broke his fist ..or arm ..or an part of the body that is solid ...chudan mawashi gerri means power ...and jodan mawashi geri should be very fast ( doesn't count the power ... on high kicks)

@ciornianucristian hitting with your foot is generally better than hitting with your shin bone. For one, it's more painful if someone blocks you when you're kicking with your shin bone. and more importantly, there is more centrifugal force in your foot than in your shin just because it is farther away from you. when you use your foot, you aim to hit them at the base of your leg, right where your shin ends. so you wouldn't dislodge or dislocate your foot. I hope that answers your question.

Can anyone tell me their opinion : hitting with the foot is dangerous for you than to hit with the shin bone ? Can you get your foot dislodged ?
