Brant: so last weekend I flew out to New Jersey thanks to incredibly fortunate circumstances and got to meet some of my favorite people in the world.

Awesome job. That was a short bar on the salmon ladder so u had to keep it perfectly straight. Otherwise you could have done it. Your advice worked I guess you could say I got my first muscle up. However my feet were jus barly touching the ground. But it was still hard enough anyways. Hoping to get a dead hang soon

It seemed like an awesome time- I'm gonna head up to the warrior lab hopefully in the next few weeks... How did you do on the cliffhanger an stage 3 obstacles? You didn't show itself on them =/

@ninjawarrior2019 Yeah, unfortunately because I was in the competition I wasnt able to film it, but if I get the footage I will upload a video of my run separate.
