Meltdown in 3... 2... 1...
Genius announcer.

"20% luck" is an average you read in most poker books . Pro's can (and do so) reduce that number ; even they face a coinflip situation after the flop from times (and win or lose) . Oh , and Phil has over 80 WSOP cashes (not 60 as i mentioned) . All the rest, I agree with your statement . =)

@bonavox11 Bit of a loose statement there.. 'Only about 20% luck involved in poker'. Where'd you get 20% from? Over the course of 1 single tournament, luck will count for around 90% of results. Over the course of time, a year, 2 years etc, if you make correct decisions then your profit will be affected by less than 10% maybe. But poker is a game of incredible short term luck, don't forget that. =)

Lol "This is the valley of unhappiness"

LMFAO hahahahaha I love it how the commentator calls the meltdown at 0:54

@bonavox11 At least he knows how to turn a profit. You ever watch Matusow play in a cash game? He's the worst internet player I've ever seen. Any time he goes all in, you KNOW it's either a bluff or a shove with bottom pair thinking it's good. He thinks his status as a pro means he can bully people out of pots, and he fails so hard at it.

Phil always looks like he's crying..... just pause it in random parts of the video...

commentators are hilarious!

Gambling is what you do at a roulette table, poker is a game of skill and mental strenght (only about 20% luck involved in poker) . Why else would you think all ranking players remain almost the same every season ? Oh, and I've seen players win 40.000 usd with 2-7 because of there pré-flop action (no luck involved) . Last part , I agree with you : it does take skill to fold a hand .

@highwaymaan please come sit at my table if that's what you think, why are there people who consistently win and those who consistently lose?
@highwaymaan
Calling Phill a bad 'player' is not giving him credit .He's got 11 bracelets and over 60 WSOP cashes . I also love these vid's where he is beat by a worse hand or player but truth has to be said : Phil is one of the best NL Holdem TOURNAMENT players and he's got the stat's to back that up ..
