Press CTR + ALT + DELETE and then type in the username bar
"Administrator"
It should work now

If You Try Clicking Ctrl+Alt+Delete Twice, And Type In Administrator (No Password Is Required), It Will Work.

this computer was tied down to a domain so the login screen is like that.

actually I figured out the issue, I slapped on a ghost image on top of a native windows install. WHen it was looking for the login file, it was looking for it in the wrong directory, my C: became F: and vice versa....I had to unmount the volume and assign it the correct drive letter and vhoila I was in ;)

Try pressing cancel or capitalize the "A" in Administrator.
