never has little wayne made the biggest impact on the game since pac, get the fuck outta here. i could name a couple that have mad biggest impacts that are alive: first off eminem has made way bigger an impact, secondly deffinatly jay z,jadakiss has made a bigger impact. the prob is, lil wayne is ill and spits hard as fuck, and his punchlines are fire, and hes just fire in general, but he doesnt say anything that really means much,all the same shit basically recycled, nothing too important
