I get asked this question all the time, to be fair, a tutorial for a move like the crotch throw is really pointless, what you see is what you get with this move, My only recommendations are to find a position that suits you, and build up the throws! Maybe when I have uber free time, I can do it, but not now. If I learnt without a tutorial, so can you!

As you say, you've learnt that with no tutorials, which is pretty good!
