Call the Professionals: Modded controller controversy

Hello I'm starting a new series called "call the professionals" where if there is an arguement or something I'll call some company who is a big part of the topic we are talking about.
The call I made today is to Microsoft where we get a representatives statement from Microsoft whether or not you could get banned for using a modded controller

I know the guy didn't know much about the subject. But its kinda hard to get in touch with actual American representative of Microsoft, so I was just trying to make this clearer to people if they can get banned or not as easily.

I believe that u can't get banned because some companies sell rapid fire controllers or in this case modded controllers and these companies are in Common for example magcat..
