Crossfit Trainer, Athlete, Nutrition Coach, and today we are talking about personality.
Commonly known as the DISC, it is based on 4 quadrants of personality types.
D-Dominant
I-Interpersonal
S-Steady
C-Conscientious
Your inherent personality style is yours, and we each have our own.
Each style has it's useful and not useful sides.
In coaching, whether it's Crossfit, Nutrition, of Life coaching it's important to identify your clients personality style as well as your own.
So I've put together this cool little survey which kind of helps you to figure out A. What kind of personality you are. It's pretty simple and it's pretty simplified and I will tell you that most people are not just one personality. You could be multiple personalities and still be pretty balanced. But everybody has their dominant personality and it's just a fun little thing, a quick little thing and it comes with a guide. The guide will show you where you are getting tripped up in your fitness, nutrition and program using supplements.
So I recommend that whether you are a coach, or a fitness enthusiast, anybody can take this little survey and I would love it if you could share your comments in the comment box below and tell me what you determined your personality style to be and what you found to be really true about what motivates you and what trips you up.
