no one said it was a court document, what do u mean by the cat food from cats? all im saying is it gives the perspective of an evil government worker hassling musicians, which is all fine and good, but thats not what happened, i dont know the enforcer, do u?

ok so first, that man was a by lay enforcer,
he only took pictures no finers were given, actually, no hassle was given to the musicians at all,
he left after taking pictures
some one needs to get the whole story before accusing people
