Hartz Shelter Makeovers: Fluffy

Hartz believes every shelter pet deserves a safe and loving home. For that reason, we teamed up with Just 4 Paws Pet Spa and Animal Care & Control of New York City to give a makeover to Fluffy, one well deserving shelter pup, in the hopes of making her shelter stay more comfortable, and improving her chances for adoption.
