why are these guys almost totally unknown?gonna get some of their music on itunes if possible.And if u play guitar and need something new like I did I definitely recommend mandolin.and if you play for 5o years you may get a tenth as good as jesse cobb.

Musically, these guys are from a different planet. Interpretive jazz meets bluegrass. If you enjoy this, you will like 'Crooked Still'. 'Bearfoot' is great too. All of them play the same festivals together. I love the old timey and traditional straight up bluegrass, but this new crowd is fresh and very, very good. Nobody chops a mandolin like Jesse Cobb.

Jesse Cobb is a boss. no doubt about that. he's the reason im blowing my next paycheck on a mandolin, haha!
