I am on to another fantastic experiment, this time Coconut Oil Pulling...if you don't know anything about "oil pulling" here are a few places you can read up on oil pulling, I follow Dr Bruce Fife on Face book about the healthy benefits of Oil Pulling"swishing" 1tablespoon of oil for 15minutes once a day on an empty stomach, spit out(do not swallow) the oil mixed with your saliva removes toxins..I was amazed what I saw in the sink!!...more to come in my next video.

@MzJazzy1Me41 I sorry for the delay, but I do think if you research enough, you can find some answers from people who have had kidney stones, I think if you look into some cleansing, that might help with kidney stones, I do not have kidney stones, but I did have gall stones, and they are almost eliminated, but that's my body, everyone is different. I would seek medical attention for your dad, this could be serious, and do not try anything without medical attention,please tell your dad.

@rockybarragan oil pulling for me, and now my cats are getting coconut oil as a supplement to their diet, I let it melt a bit, and give them a taste, and so far, they like it, and I hope to see results in their fur balls, and coat and dental health, and Dante needs to lose weight..will see!! thanks for watching Rocky!

@NuclearNympho One can get coconut oil at East Indian grocery stores, although it does not say virgin oil it costs 3-4 dollars. Indians use it for their hair, diet, and good for fast relief of burns, dry cracked skin. Sesame seed oil is another one I use for chapped lips in the winter time, which better than vaseline. Sesame oil used in ayurveda treatment of rejuvenation.

Don’t get Coconut oil in a plastic jar though...get the Garden of Life Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil -- 16 fl oz at Vitacost for about $8-9.- ( or Amazon or any other store who sells it.)

@MzJazzy1Me41 I get kidney stones and use 2 tablespoons each of lemon juice & olive oil, guzzle that back and follow it up with a glass of water. This does not dissolve kidney stones but helps them pass much easier. I really don't know what would actually dissolve them but I use this when I feel something coming on and it works. I didn't come up with this myself but came across this suggestion made by a nurse on a forum regarding KS.
