i have vista home premium,but i dont have AD HOC!!! please help!

My vista toshiba computer says only Local when i share my Cable network with my friend through Ad Hoc. HOw can i make this wireless local and internet so my friend could also use it. And normally when i setup, the last stage will ask me if i want to share my internet connection, now it doesn't anymore, why? THank u

@lockdog56 uninstall the wireless card by going to device manager under network adapters
